That CPU is outdated for a new PC.  Any of the 12th or 13th gen CPUs are a better deal.

Yes it's an outdated cpu with severely underpowered other components like the gpu for the budget due to the white focus there.

 

A modern budget i5 obliterates that 11900k. Hell ryzen 5000 is right there and beats it too for less.

How set are you on white because by simply getting a more budget friendly white air cooler you can put a 6950xt in there which is black.

 

Worst case you can spray paint the chassis.
