Hey all

I build this pc nearly 2 years ago :

Windows 10 64bits

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

Asus TUF GAMING B550-PLUS

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 Gb (2 x 16 Go), 3200 MHz, CAS 16

be quiet! Dark Rock 4

Asus GeForce RTX 3080 ROG STRIX 10Gb

Samsung 860 EVO 1 Tb

Western Digital WD Blue 2 Tb

Phanteks Eclipse P500A D-RGB

Seasonic G12 GC-750 - 750W

Randomly, the pc just shut down. In windows, error Kernel Power 41 (63) Like maybe 1 time per month, maybe less. No particular things happening. One time I was on Apex Legends, one time on DRG. In March 2023, it shut down, and didn't want to turn on again. I tried to swap the psu, nothing. Turns out it was the GPU who short circuited the pc. I bought a new psu, Corsair RMx850 and an 6950XT Nitro+

And yesterday, the pc shut down again, with the Kernel Power error in windows. I can't replicate the error, and i'm out of idea. Is it coming from the ram ? the motherboard ? the CPU ? Maybe it's juste my house ?

I'm still in the warranty timeframe with the retailer, so I can still rma parts of the pc.

Thanks you very much
