How do the ad900x compare to the ad700 because now that I think about it I just want a headphone that has good sound stage and we all know about the ad700

Hello I purchased Asus stx and I need headphones for then my uses are from most Important to least bf3 directional audi0 bass treble white or black under 275

If you're fine with IEMs (which makes more sense in my opinion), take a look at the Westone 2's.

I bought 4 months ago akg k240 mkii and a desktop mic to replace razer carcharias. These AKG's are totally amazing. I also have shure srh-750dj's which aren't really good for pc usage but they sound great. 

 

The AKG model is open headphone and it goes for under 150$, its basically older version of 242hd. In gaming i prefer wide sound stage over huge bass, that's why i don't use those DJ headphones while gaming.

Do mids matter to you? ( Vocals and such ) I already previously stated all DT headphones are V shaped. You'll have a nice bass and treble but your mids will be pretty bad in comparison.
