It's my first time building a PC, and everything was going well it was all seeming to work until I put my graphics card in. I have a Sapphire Pulse 6650XT, a Ryzen 5 5600X, G.Skill Aegis RAM, a PNY 1TB PCle SSD and an X-570 PLUS WIFI Motherboard. When I put my graphics card in and turn the PC on the indicator lights showed that the PC was having VGA issues, but I saw the fans spin to life and speed up then suddenly stop. I can't get a video output out and I've tried reseating the card, trying without the card (even though I have no integrated graphics), and I have nothing to check if my card is faulty since I own only laptops. I need help and I started to try everything I could find. I stopped with no luck, so I need to know anymore tips or tricks and want to know if anyone has experience with this and what to do about it.
