Fyi forza horizon 3 is the first that came to pc.

That antec cooler is WORSE than the stock cooler so don't waste money on that. For 32$ you can basically get a AK400 which is a proper cooler.

The thermaltake v100 is a bad case. It has practically no airflow. Look for a mesh front case. Worst case a matrex 40 mesh is available for 40$

For 150$ a rx 5700 is available and a good bit faster.

That acer has massive backlight bleed and blacks are usually light gray due to it being a cheap low end curved va panel. So keep that in mind when things look washed out, contrastless or bad.

The psu is flat out a bad psu. It shouldn't be bought it is known to have quite a few issues.

For 50$ you can get normal 3200mhz ram which will help a bit.

A ryzen 5500 is just as fast as a 4500 which is cheaper.

Board sucks but is fine for up to 6 core cpu's

Ssd is SUPER slow and you'll notice it. I recommend something that has a cache at least. 10$ more gets you the blue which is ok.

Fo r $700 you can do a lot better:

  • Just use the stock cooler
  • Don't spend $50 for 16GB of DDR4 RAM.  Budget RAM is all the same anyway
  • Get a motherboard with bluetooth and WiFi.  It's also just flat-out better motherboard
  • This SSD is faster for the same price.
  • Get a case that comes with all the fans you need.  I've done build with this one and it actually is really easy to work in with a decent amount of space for cables
  • Get a better GPU.
  • Get a good PSU.  This one is kind of steep at $70 already, but if $5 isn't important, the 700w version is only $5 more if you want some upgrade headroom.

The PSU market is fucked right now, though.  You could order everything other than your PSU tonight, and check again tomorrow to see if something, anything goes on sale.  Or just get the EVGA GD and call it a day.
