buying/building a computer

Budget (including currency): 600-700$ (50-60K)

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I will be using this system for gaming with new games &  also use it for work (not related to video editing, etc..)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I am looking to buy/build a good budget-friendly PC.

My current budget amount is- 600-700$

Can you please suggest which build would be better? I am confused about Intel or Ryzen. I am also looking for the latest motherboard that would support future upgrades for RAM, etc., and if I can install a good GPU on this same budget, that would be great. Please suggest some configurations for both Intel & AMD. It's a request and please reply. PC would be used for gaming & work. I have other accessories like Monitor, HDD, etc...

Thanks & Regards

Its a bit more than the budget but its very upgrade-able and with a good GPU in the future it should be a very capable gaming machine

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced
