an AMD Overdrive question

So those who use AMD Radeon cards are familiar with the CCC Application,in the AMD overdrive section you have an option to boost the clock & memory & voltage all with its own different settings.

 

so my question is weather keeping the graphics card running on max setting for (like eternity) a while , is it gonna burn out the card sooner than when its set to default? or its not going to damage it anyway , do specify what settings are safe and unsafe,
