Your safe if your reset point was made before you got the trojan.

How did you reset it? Did you reinstall windows from scratch? You might have a windows.old folder somewhere with your previous installation files in it.

few days ago my pc was infected with trojan and it went into blue screen saying message UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME leading to multiple loop. I resetted it deleting all files.. there's no sign of trojan even my eset says i am safe. But i just wanna know am i really safe?

The safest bet is to start from scratch and reinstall Windows entirely. If you're really paranoid, before installing, open disk partition through the command prompt in the Windows PE installer and run a `clean all` on the drive to zero it out completely. This will overwrite any files on your drive, securely erasing any infected files.

  1. When booted into the installer, press `Shift + F10` to open the Command Prompt
  2. Type `diskpart` and hit enter
  3. Type `list disk` and hit enter to verify which drive number your boot drive was assigned.
  4. Type `select disk x` and hit enter where x is the drive number you've identified in the previous step to select it
  5. Type `clean all` and hit enter  to zero out the drive. This step will take a few minutes depending on the drive size.
  6. Type `exit` and hit enter  and exit again to close the Command Prompt window

You're now ready to re-install Windows.
