FN+G not registering

I recently got a new keyboard, the Redragon K530 Pro Draconic 60% Wireless RGB Mechanical Keyboard. I found that whenever I hold down the FN key, the G key will no longer register that I pressed it inside any text document or game. However, the built in rgb does register the key being pressed, as it will light up whenever pressed. Is this a keyboard issue or something else?
