Minisforum RAM Brand

I've been contemplating the purchase of a mini-PC on Minisforum, but I'm not sure if it's better to buy something with RAM and SSD or as a barebone. To help me decide, I'm wondering if anyone knows what brand of RAM/SSD are used.
