apparently you need this: http://us.codejunkies.com/products/gcnwii-sd-media-launcher__ef000589.aspx

there are other solutions, but if you don't have Action Replay or a copy of Phantasy Star Online Episode I&II, then you should just buy an sd media launcher to be able to do anything
