Problems with Thor Zone

I bought a case last year and they finally shipped it this year, but when I got it I found they sent it with broken parts. I have been spending months emailing them to get replacement parts but they keep saying "We're preparing your replacements for the next round of orders being shipped". They stopped replying so I sent a new web form and got an email like they didn't even look up my order and see I'm waiting on parts. I'm worried I spent $500 on a paperweight.  I don't know what to do now as they seem to be nonexistent for customer service or warranty replacements.

See if you can just chargeback. If chargeback is not possible, then you are most likely burned.

I've been waiting since January and they are telling me another two weeks. I contacted my bank.

"I estimate 2 weeks until you have tracking. We just sent out the second to last shipment and now we’re preparing the last. Usually we ship pretty quickly once the products are ready but these last shipments contain replacement parts, which means every shipment is unique and we have to manually go over each one several time to ensure the correct parts are sent."

In the short term, just bend them back. They are not exactly complex parts...
