Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Fortnite, Valorant, video transcoding, blender, uefn, unity, unreal engine

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/btPHXy this is my work in progress build. Also my dad works at intel so he get a discount on cpu's and i could get the i5 13600k for 170 usd.

13600k + used 6700xt

for the case look on the used market, you really dont wanna spend more than 20$ on one at this budget if you wish to maximize your spec

Same thing for the psu, you can problably find used 700-850w gold units for 50$ or less, here in indo they go for 50$ ish, besides most of them still have years of life left since psus last 10-15 years (leaning towards 15 years)

Here's an updated list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/znZdBj im gonna keep the noctua fan and the 6650 xt just because i couldn't find a good used rx 6700 xt under $310 that didnt have a broken fan or something. I did find a good 850w psu for $50 full mod. also the case has 4 fans preinstalled.
