Plex issues with Atmos

So Im having some issues with the audio of some of my high bitrate 4k/Atmos files. The audio will keep dropping in and out of Atmos. My receiver will say atmos on the front and very quickly drop in and out (atmos will go away and then come back). This causes a popping sound. I have a fully wired setup with Plex running on a dedicated Unraid docker to an Nvidia shield pro. I don't have this issue when streaming Atmos content on streaming services like netflix or disney plus. Does this sound like a source issue or a hardware issue? Here is a video of the issue..
