CPU error after trying to fix a gpu?

Hi there, this is my first post to this forum so I hope I'm doing it right.

 

I have this broken 3090 I'm trying to fix so I put it in a system of mine, and now I've had CPU errors on the motherboard led indicators with no post and sometimes some bootlooping. 

 

I'm using an rog x570-f gaming mobo and my CPU is a Ryzen 9 3950X. This is all running on a 1000W PSU and also a 600W PSU for the 3090 as I don't have the cables currently to put the 3099 on the same psu as the rest of the system. 

 

Before people suggest, I've tried my old gpu (titan xp), on the same power supply and everything with no luck. 

 

Any ideas? Anything would be incredibly helpful

Without checking specs myself has it onboard graphics? If so have you tried without GPU 3090 in?

Bit of a tech guy, converted to PC's when consoles did not entertain me enough, the last console being an Xbox, was fun with Halo multi-play though. But  the want to discover, to test, to learn more about computers drove me to levels I had never known...

 

Some GPU's I have had, 8800GTS 384MB, 7800GT, GEFORCE 4 MX440, 250GTS,  770 GTX, 1650 GTX, RTX 3050 Plus many other GPU's over the years...

 

The respect I have for LMG is massive like a black hole, sucking in all the knowledge, I watch their awesome video's, their knowledge is like that of a God. Seriously some say they are number 1 in the whole wide world. LMG is like the INTEL fabrication plant. Beaming with technology goodness...

The CPU doesn't have integrated, no. That's why I went and used the older titan xp when the 3090 didn't work
