How Do I Update My AMD Drivers?

This is a real noob questions but I've never done this before, should I wipe my existing driver and install the latest one after or should I just install the latest one over top of the current one I have, this is because a new AMD driver has been released for my video card.

Use the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility found here at the right of the page and then choose from the options on the right to navigate to the newest driver for your card, which is probably here.

I uninstalled the driver and then I booted up and the screen was all BLUGH!  I had to reinstall windows...  >:'(

What do you mean 'blugh'?  Low resolution?  You just needed to install the new driver.
