Updated Bios Now computer won't turn off

I updated bios now the computer won't turn off. I turned off fast startup in bios and in windows. I literally have to unplug the PC to have it off. And then if I plug the PC back in, it will turn on without me pressing the power button.

roll back the BIOS to the one you used to have

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced

I dont really think that that is the ideal solution but it might work for now
