Where's the top-holes-plate?

Look at the gold fingers in the socket, some of them are messed up and it even looks like a few of them are broken out.
You'll either have to get the socket replaced, deal with it as is or junk the board I'm afraid - That's nothing you can fix yourself unless you have the equipment and know-how to do socket replacment.
Luckily there are places around that can do the job - Not sure where you are located or if there are any places that can near you.
Pop into a PC shop and ask, they'll know if anyone is around that can do it or not.

that's what i thought but the motherboard is relatively new (just 2 years, same for the cpu) and i've never inserted my cpu wrong or done something weird with it so idk how a socket can be damage like that but still working.

Btw the memory channel b worked until i reseated the cpu 3 days ago.

Amd asked me for the s/n (yes my cpu is having weird behaviours) and when i sent it from gmail the photo looked out of focus/comrpessed but when i download it it was perfect and the s/n was crystal clear but my cpu was already in my hand when amd sent the email saying it was ok so..

Did you buy it new or used?
Anything can get damaged at any time so it's age isn't that big of a factor....... And yet it is.
It does increase the likelyhood if something is going to happen it will - Murphy's law in effect here.

As said you'll have to get the socket replaced for it to work correctly again.

The problem is that idk if the socket is the problem because the channel b have always worked

And I can tell you it is, there is no way you can have that much and kind of damage down in the socket without affecting something.

Even if it had worked before there is always that one instant in time it will fail.

I also hate to break it to you but when you said you got it from Amazon, that tells me alot. They've been known before to take something back that's defective/damaged, rebox it and sell it as new all over again.

As for the damage in the socket, it looks like someone was digging down in the socket holes with something or maybe had tried to jam a chip into it with alot of force due to bent pins on the chip, thinking if they pushed hard enough it would pop in and work..... I mean who knows?

Either way that board has been abused or tampered with in the past and the problem with it remains as is with the same fix required.

Got it, do you think it could have been the cause of random freezes of the sistem when plugging in a USB device or touching the monitor arm and not being stable in prime95 at stock one time but stable an other one?

Yes it can cause all that.
Think of it this way - If a pin in an Intel socket board breaks it could not work at all, lose some functionality, act weird/unstable or have no effect, depending on what pin or pins had broken.

I had to fix one of those some time ago and it was a broken pin that, thankfully didn't have any effect on things once I got all the other bent pins back in place.
Pins on the chip or down in the socket all do the same basic thing and if the connection is lost to a pin that's what can happen - It all depends on which pin(s) were broken.
