My m.2 SSD (Samsung Pro 990) is not working so my hard drive is permanently at 100% disk usage.

When I first built my PC, it worked perfectly for 3 months with no issues but then suddenly the SSD stopped working at all times. I worked on getting it for 2 months without anything getting better, so I inevitably replaced the ssd but that has not fixed the issue at all. All drivers are installed, and firm ware is up to date I really don't know what could've caused this issue.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on what may be the cause or what I can do to fix it?
