That looks strange. I must admit I never tried the iGPU on my 7700x, I disabled it asap in the BIOS.  You don't have a descrete card?  You say it only happens when the AMD drivers are installed, maybe they are conflicting with something windows installed too?

Not sure it's a fresh build happen with window 11 and windows 10. Been round and round with it. Got an hardware error once and the AMD bug tool popped up. Leaning towards getting returning ram and getting one with an AMD profile and another 7600 cpu.

Almost same mobo here, I have ATX version. GPU Asus RX6900XT. Screens connected to mobo, HDMI and DP, flicker in normal use, screen connected to GPU is fine. No problems with any screen when  all are connected to the GPU.

In addition to this, mobo's displayport stops working if bios is updated beyond version F2! HDMI on mobo works just fine with all versions.

Specs

CPU: Ryzen 7800x3d

Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite ax, ATX AM5, Bios v. F2

Memory: G.Skill RipjawsV 2x 16GB @ 6000MT/s cl30 (manual timings)

PSU: Seasonic Focus+ Gold 1000W

OS: Win11 22H2 with latest drivers
