Cad/ 3d airflow simulation software?

I'm looking for some software that i can load a 3d model into and test its aerodynamic properties.  Have found a few like fusion 360 or solid works but they seem to all be cloud based. I would really like standalone software if possible.  The models I need to test are very small at max  size of 50mm by 25mm so im hoping that should lower some of the hardware demand a little.?  If anyone has any knowledge on the topic it would be super helpful. Are all the programs like this cloud based due to compute demands or are the paid versions local?
