How often do you need to drain Thermaltake C1000 clear coolant?

Could this fluid technically last indefinitely? im running it through a ball valve to soft tubing for draining currently

like all fluids i would assume.. they recomend changing once a year. and clean/flush system..  and replace tubes every 2 years..
