Computer looses video output

WHen the computer is on it randomly turn off all the screens, kan still hear discord for about 15 sec sometimes it keeps working and i need to reset the computer from the button, it helps if i reseat the Gpu then it works for 1 week no crashes then they come back, i have no idea how it helps but it does,

sometimes i am lucky i get a Hardware error in the reliability report i get a livekernelevent 190 and i think a 141
in the start i always got hardware errors but after i tryed to run some repair programs i only get "windows wasn't stopped correct"

Ram Tested for 6 hours no errors

Specs

Gigabyte Gaming OC 3070ti
32gb of Corsair ram
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-Core Process
ASUS MB Gaming X570-Plus
All watercooled (gpu and cpu)
Windows 11 PRO

anybody got a idea?
