asus t100ta notebook

Anyone know how to install linux on the asus t100ta? i plug my usb in and select to boot of it, all it does is boot back into windows. anyone know what to do? Im trying to install Ubuntu Server 23.04 (Lunar Lobster).

This looks to be one of those Atom thingies that were released with a 32bit EFI even though the CPU is 64bit... That makes it quite complicated for installing OSes other than Windows.
