Hey,

Probably a stupid question

Can I plug my H320 PWM connector straight into the CPU fan connector on my MoBo, or do I need to plug it into the splitter provided? I don't know whether the CPU fan connector will be able to provide sufficient power for the H320? Can it?

Thanks

Isn't the splitter powered by the PSU directly? If so, you would like to hook up the pump to it. Swiftech must have recommended that for power compatibility in case some people have motherboards not capable of powering the pump.

Yes, the splitter is powered by the PSU. But I would like to hook all of my fans to the splitter instead of the pump, I would like to control them separately.

Any recent motherboard can power that pump without issue.

OK, thanks mate!
