Ryzen 5 7600 does make sense, but in cache-optimized game they suffer for similar price point. Here's a quick swap job from 5800X3D to the new build.

If you solely play 1080p at competitive settings in every game you play though, you might wanna build up around 7800X3D as the GPU load is lessened. They have best of both world with Zen 4 sky high gaming performance and 3DVCache.

If youre willing to go used, that 6700XT fund with the rest of the money should be enough for you to go down in the trenches on ebay and get yourself 6800XT which what i wouldve slot in here instead.
