Windows updates won't install

Bought a refurbish laptop in January running Windows 10.

 

For some reason it tries to update. Downloads installs and when I restart before I get into windows the system tells me the update has failed and is rolled back. Thought it might iron itself out eventually but it hasn't. Rang the supplier who told me to reinstall Windows. After doing so on my other machine yesterday I really don't want to unless I have no other choice. See below. 

 

Any ideas before I do a reinstall? Windows 11 upgrade is a possibility but I thought I would ask here for any bright ideas.

It says on the guide I need 500meg of reserved space. I have a single drive setup as below. The 100meg partition can't be changed at all and the other is over 500meg so I'm a bit stumped

Personally if you don't have many files on there, just try reinstalling windows. Make sure to reformat the drive.

 

If you know the specs of your machine, please list them here as well.
