CPU Fan Error

Sup,

I went to start my PC today and was suddenly greeted with a CPU Fan error and couldn't boot. I tried reseating the connector but no luck.

It looks like the fan isn't spinning, even though I'm pretty sure it did when I built the PC. The system has been working fine for the last 4 months since I bought it and now failed suddenly.

 

Any troubleshooting steps short of 'buy a new one'?

I'd try plugging the fan into one of the chassis fan connectors, if it doesnt spin even then, the fan needs to be replaced

Still doesn't spin, I guess the fan's somehow fried, then
