CPU locked at 0.8ghz

My CPU has been stuck on a base speed of 0.8ghz. Doesn't matter if I boot up a game or anything, it won't budge. If I use ryzen master and put it on manual mode I can put it to any x.x GHz I want without issues but without manual mode it stays at 0.8ghz.

Is there anyone here that might be able to help me out?

Specs:

Ryzen 7 5800x

GIGABYTE B550 elite v2

Corsair ddr4 3200 32GB

RX6800xt 16GB

check your voltage in bios. Try reseating your RAM. do all your bios updates. Also check your voltage (in bios) is at least at its standard base voltage (at least 1.2V)

Message me on discord (bread8669) for more help

I'll give it a try. I remember my voltage being 1.1 yesterday. Could that be the issue?

Yep. Sounds like a BIOS setting issues. I would do a CMOS reset then re-enable XMP and thats it.
