A soft bristle brush can be used gently, just be careful about creating static.聽 You can purchase compressed air in cans designed for PC cleaning, they are not very expensive.
Something like these or similar works great.聽聽 I guess you can take an empty biro pen and blow through it to create a similar effect for free, just be careful about condensation 馃檪

Acid brush with isopropyl alcohol or something similar, along with compressed air to get rid of the loose stuff.
