Setting up a Adobe CS6 Render Server

How do i setup a Render server with Adobe CS6?

A bit more details would help here. What programs? What do you want to speed up? How many users do you have? Basically every program is different when it comes to central rendering, and most aren't really made for it.

I want to be able to still work on a Premire pro project as it renders on a differant server running media encoder.

My server is a vm running inside of ESXI 8.0.0 and i have a 1050TI passed through, It also has 8 cores and 32gb ram
