Need help with TicHealth

I have a Ticwatch S and am using it to measure my runs in track and xc. It currently has the og fitness apps on it and isn't finding the TicHealth update. It is finding the TicPulse update, but it can't find anything else. I need to update it because my runs are not syncing with my phone, where I will be able to see all the details of my runs. Where is a good place to download an apk so I can install it through adb?

(fyi: I'm not using Google Fit because when I use it on my watch the tracking is always at least a half-mile off)
