I am having fps issues after enabling xmp

I have a ryzen 5 3400g and 2 sticks of ddr4 8gb ram from hyperx after enabling xmp when I am in game it suddenly slow down and is stuck at 8fps for 20 seconds or so

did you change anything else in the bios? If not then just turn it off and see how it performs after the fact

I did turn it off works perfectly but the performance is bad and I need the higher rate so my integrated graphics perform well

was this problem happening before or was this the first time? Also what games was this in?

I removed xmp manually overlooked it and it worked no more fps drops out of no where

but is the performance still worse?

It's a tad bit worse it was a constant 50 fps but it's now between 40 to 45

how are your thermals, hows your power and your ram usage and cpu usage?

Cpu at 100% usage
