I am having fps issues after enabling xmp

I have a ryzen 5 3400g and 2 sticks of ddr4 8gb ram from hyperx after enabling xmp when I am in game it suddenly slow down and is stuck at 8fps for 20 seconds or so

did you change anything else in the bios? If not then just turn it off and see how it performs after the fact

I did turn it off works perfectly but the performance is bad and I need the higher rate so my integrated graphics perform well

I removed xmp manually overlooked it and it worked no more fps drops out of no where

It's a tad bit worse it was a constant 50 fps but it's now between 40 to 45
