Nvidia GPU dropping frames on YouTube.

Hey everyone,

I'm here because I have a very annoying issue with the Nvidia drivers.

I have a RTX 3060 12Gb that whenever I change the 3D settings in the Nvidia control panel I get choppy playback and dropped frames on the browser (especially youtube - I use Brave as my main browser)

PC specs:

i5 13600k
64Gb DDR5 4800Mhz
Asrock Z790m- itx (latest UEFI version installed)
RTX 3060 12Gb

The things I tried to fix the issue:

Re-installing the drivers 531.41.
Installing studio Nvidia drivers.
Installing standard non DCH drivers.
Booting into safe mode with DDU to completely remove the old ones.
Re-installing windows 11.
Moving back to windows 10.

What I concluded:

If I don't mess with the 3D settings on a fresh driver install and only set-up G-sync I'm good.

Whenever I mess especially with Image Scaling and apply the issue starts happening.

If I don't turn on Image Scaling and do all the other settings that I want to have: The issue appears as soon as I restart.

Tried disabling image scaling from regedit and bringing back the old form of image sharpening:

The same issue.

If I get the issue and I turn off image scaling and then turn it back on it disappears till I restart or turn on the PC again after a shutdown.
This doesn't seem to occur when I use other browsers like Edge.
A quick way around it is to disable hardware acceleration on Brave browser.

My question is how do I solve this and is there anyone who has experienced this issue?
