If you have an HDR monitor or a 12/13th gen CPU then maybe, there are some optimizations for those in Windows 11 that aren't present in Windows 10, but otherwise the differences are purely cosmetic. If you like the look of Windows 11, then upgrade, if you don't then stick with 10.

Under the hood they're the exact same, they're both going to be as good as each other, more coming down to how many things you have installed in the background of each one.

You could argue that Windows 10 will be more stable, it's been around a lot longer and has had more time to have the bugs ironed out, but you're hard pressed to notice a difference between the two for stability. 

 

Personally I'm still on 10 because I don't like the UI of Windows 11, but it's personal preference which one you prefer or not.
