I just installed a new mobo, CPU, and RTX 4080 FE in my custom water loop PC.  Fresh install of windows, fresh BIOS update.  Time Spy score 2,307, average should be 23,098.  MW2 is only 30-50FPS at 1080p no matter my graphics settings.  I used a sleeved cable for 12 pin to three EVGA PCI-E specifically for the 4080, and replaced with the OEM adapter and three separate PCI-E 8-pin on three separate rails.  MSI afterburner says my clock is always at 825MHz, other monitoring software doesn't even show a clock speed.  The GPU does output picture and seems to work somewhat, but never seems to come under load.  Please help!

How can you tell that the GPU is at 1.1 speeds?

I've refrenced screen shots from other RTX 4080 screenshots and most values are similar.

Hey bro, it's only running at 1.1 because the GPU has power saving integrated. Click the question mark next it and run the test from the prompt and your PCI speed should be at 3.0. Hope this helps.

Force your motherboard to run the slot at PCI-E 3.0 speeds and not at "Auto". May help you.

Hey, I have the same issue as this original dude, 4080, 1.1 Bus Interface. I looked all over my bios and can't seem to find a way to do that. (Asus rog strix)
