I don't know why I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Basically I have Windows 11 and want to be able to use the desktop just like an Nvidia shield. I just want a row of my favorite apps that I can scroll through. Maybe even a few different rows so I could have one for apps, one for games and maybe another for other stuff. So far the Shield is my favorite environment and if I could make it exactly like it I would.

An Xbox controller and and Bluetooth remote is all I ever want to use. 

Tablet mode in Windows 10 was just ok but way better then regular desktop and I don't think that's a thing with windows 11 anyways. Hopefully there is a way and thanks in advance for any help
