Fan curve

I set the fan curve in the bios will windows motherboard app setting override it or bios settings will be used??

As long as no software is running that tells the fan to behave differently, it will use your BIOS settings. But applications in Windows do have the ability to change fan speeds and, in that sense, "override" your BIOS settings.

but yes software running has the priority on control.

which is ideal because you can set stuff in bios and run nothing at all or have the ability to change it at any time without a restart.

Most likely stuffs like Armoury Crate, MSI Dragon Center, Whatever Gigabyte / Asrock / Biostar / Other MB manufacturer's named theirs

oh yeah that makes sense... I was thinking of something built into windows called motherboard app..........
