USB 3.2 g2x2

Will a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2Type C cable off my front case plug into a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Header, and just run a 10Gbps? Or will the cable not fit? And I can not find an affordable board that has a gen2x2 header please help

the USB C Header is the same for most motherboards.

 

The plug will run at whatever the motherboard speed supports.

Ok thank you , I was worried I wouldn’t be able to use my front usb type c. A little bummed I can’t find a motherboard that’s around 250 that supports the gen2x2 so u could take full advantage of the port
