Is there anyway to make EFI system partition? and make it boot

I recently tried to change my motherboard to matx to itx, I have 2 m.2 nvme but I can't use my Disk 2 (boot drive) because Disk 1 (storage) has the EFI system partition. I already tried making an EFI partition in Disk 2 but it still won't boot
