Budget (including currency): >$2000

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: personal use and moderate gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Have an pc setup now but it is a prebuilt. Want to try building myself and looking for advice. Attached PCPartPicker build link. Do the parts look like they will work properly together? Found what looked interesting on PCPP and compiled the build, mainly centered around the RTX 3060. Any recommendations on alternatives for the build? Thank you all.

It would also help to know what you're currently running.

A 3060 in a system that costs $2000 is not going to be a good value.

If $2000 excludes a new monitor, then you can easily fit a high end GPU into it, something like an RTX 4070ti (cringe) or 7900 XT.

Builder/Enthusiast/Overclocker since 2012 with a focus on SFF/ITX since 2014.

You can do a lot better than that list.

Everything in that list is faster, and it's still under budget. I'm assuming you're reusing your old SSDs or did you just forget to include them in the list?

Was driving when I was thinking of what was in my prebuilt. I installed a seagate drive and a Corsair nvme p.2 1tb ssd. May take the seagate but looking at a WD SN550 1tb ssd Will add to list. The list filpo made had an alternate ssd
