PC won't POST

Previous post I made on this topic:

the same thing happened again two nights ago, only this time I can't get the PC to POST at all. I tried clearing CMOS and moving the memory modules around but to no avail. Also, sometimes the POST will hang on the CPU light and other times it hangs on DRAM. Please help.
