Is this bent pin a problem ?

I want to upgrade from r3 2200g to ryzen 5 3600 but when i install my ryzen 5 3600 my gpu fans wont turn on , i updated bios latest.

a cpu pin will have no effect on your gpu fan speeds. but that pin is a problem

I instal old cpu i have video output i will send back to the shop

what is your actual issue , becuase the fans and video output are two different things

ok so that would be a no post issue with the board and yeah a cpu with a bad pin could do that
