Ender 5 Plus:

-no mods, stock out of the box

-I have been testing with 220c print nozzel temp, 55c bed temp, and 65 mm/s speed (set on the print screen)

- 0.6 nozzel and a -3.59 offset on the bed

-prusa slicer

So I want to start by asking if there is anyone that has any suggestions regarding the Ender 5 Plus about setting it up in general. I have had it for awhile, but now that its the end of the semester I am starting to have more time to mess with it and trying my best to get it dialed in. I seem to have found the first of many issues that prevented me previously from being able to print on it. I thought it was an issue with temperature as my office gets very hot and in the winter I like to open the wiindows so the prints were failing in different ways. The temperature and mositure does not seem to be the issue though.

One of the biggest issues I have noticed about the unit I have is no matter how loose the feed screw is on the filament feeder, it still seems to slip or maybe this is an issue with feed rate? I noticed this while testing this weekend as I kept hearing a clicking sound and watching it noticed it would try to feed then pop back like it couldnt get a grip on the filament which there was plenty of ground filament to support this so I losend the screw pretty much to the point its not even doing anything and it is no longer poping like that but the prints are still failing. (mention that part later)

Another issue that may be contributing to this, as mentioned above, when clicking print on the printer I have to set the temperature and everything on the printer so I use 220c/55c/65mm as im trying to get troubleshoot right now. I have tried different temperatures and speeds and all have seemed to fail quicker and in different ways. This leads to my issue here, when I am printing, after it is done with the bed leveling the bed temperature is reset to 0c and as it prints the temperature keeps changing. So far I have let it be but my prints keep failing. Part of this is likely the gcode file I have been using as it is failing at the same spot but even if it does successfully get passed the "death zone" of the file it still fails either before this area or after.

I know that I am new and fairly ignorant with regard to 3D printing, by the time I got my prior printer going it ended up getting bricked as I tried to upgrade the firmware when I got my BL Touch and still have the printer and no idea how to fix it. This printer I am really trying to learn and would be most appreciative of any help with troubleshooting it. I am going to upload some pictures of my failes over this weekend and the printer in the morning. I am also going to attach the gcode file to see if anyone else can replicate the issue I am having if they choose to.
