Hi ALL BROS, did me and my brother have an argument about this issue? Please help me decide if I'm right.
The story is that my brother keeps saying that the EK360 Basic has the same performance as the NZXT Z73.
While I know, the EK360 is quite cheap, and the Z73 is in the top.
Through many evaluations, the performance of the Z73 is really terrible.
So, if the EK360 is just a product with a much lower price (and most are portable), its performance is equivalent to the Z73, is it fictional?
Although I know EK is good at dissipating water, I don't think it's as good as AIO?
And I heard that the EK360 Basic is often pumped, right?

The difference between aios of the same size comes down to primarily what features it has beyond just temperature.

Better aios are generally quieter, or have better aesthetics, or are more user friendly in some way like having an easier to install mounting system or better tubing, etc.

The EK basic aios will by all means hold up alongside almost any other 360mm aio. As far as thermal performance goes anyway. The downside do them is their tubing is fairly rigid and they’re loud.

If the thermal performance is all that matters to you they’re a great choice, but if you are looking for aesthetics or acoustics, definitely go with something else. The reason a Lian Li galahad is so expensive isn’t because it cools CPUs better, it’s because it comes with fancy aesthetic trim, rgb lights, super nice fans and really pliable tubing while making almost no noise.

Thank you brothers.
Here, I'm more concerned with performance than aesthetics.
because if i buy aio from ek i will replace the stock fan with a noctua fan,
so the noise problem for me is not very important.
