Update: I just had to change the GPU and it worked. If anyone has this problem, try another GPU if you have one. The one you're using might work in another system but not in the one you originally installed it in, It might just fix the issue.

So I've got this PC with an i7-3820K that doesn't output anything and I know it's not the GPU as I've tested it in another system, I've even tested my main GPU and nothing happened. I've also re-seated the RAM yet nothing happened. I get the "B7" error code which is described as "Clean-up of NVRAM". I don't know what that means and hope you can help me undersand what that stands for...
