PC not posting

So I've got this PC with an i7-3820K that doesn't output anything and I know it's not the GPU as I've tested it in another system, I've even tested my main GPU and nothing happened. I've also re-seated the RAM yet nothing happened. I get the "B7" error code which is described as "Clean-up of NVRAM". I don't know what that means and hope you can help me undersand what that stands for...
