Weird POST issues

I got some issue with post computer, in sometimes when i restart computer or try turn on it wont post until I turn off psu and turn on again, but this happens not always but in sometimes. I noticed that this started when I change gpu to gigabyte 3060 ti 
This is my computer specification: 
Motherboard: asrock b550 phantom gaming 4
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x 
GPU: gigabyte 3060 ti eagle
RAM: is this one https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KF432C16BWAK2_32.pdf 
PSU: AEROCOOL PGS LUX 750W 80+ Bronze PSU
