I just got done building my PC and am in the process of setting it up. I am trying to figure out what drivers to install. I have a z790 aorus elite ax, intel i5 13600k and rtx 4080.  Windows 10 64bit btw

I downloaded the "Realtek HD Audio Driver for DCH" and the latest gigabyte control center one in the utility category. I am assuming I need to download drivers from the chipset section but don't know which ones.

This is the website I'm looking at: Z790 AORUS ELITE AX (rev. 1.1) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global

Also, do I need to install drivers for my GPU?

11 is better for 13th gen.  You may want to update (yes, 11 is even worse than 10 for a lot of things.  Microsoft Windows releases since 7 have actually been moving backwards) those drivers will probably work, mostly but they are likely old. You probably want to install them in case there is something on the motherboard that needs them but you will also then want to update them.  The nvidia site will have the most current stuff. Manufacturers sites are famous for out-of-date drivers.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Install the top bios version for your mobo and yes you do need to download your drivers for your gpu too

Also for the chipset download each one and see which works or download just the top
