CSGO random microstutters

I went from a 5950x pc to a 7950x3d and I'm still getting the same micro stutters as my old pc. It's not game breaking but very annoying. Is this normal for csgo?

Everything runs at a cool temp. My 7950x3d gets to 61c and gpu 60c when I'm gaming.

What framerate are you getting, and what display are you using.

I'm getting average 400-600 fps and I'm running benq zowie 240hz

Try turning on vsync to see if that helps.
