Creating a "tweet-code"

Hi!


 


I am very new to programming, and what language to code in etc.


 


But can anyone help me with making a code (C++, Java, whatever works) that will first tweet a tweet, and then check if that specific tweet was sent out?


I need to help a friend with this.

You will need to see Twitters API for that. (check https://dev.twitter.com/)

 

You can also see a list of Twitter lib. for different languages here: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/twitter-libraries
